We're looking for a single professional or student, no pets, who is willing to work towards free housing. I want it to feel safe for you and the Air BnB guests! Not just you but especially you, the resident. A live-in operator is the preferred model for this home (alternative accommodations provided for special event whole house rental). My goal is to move in and train the live-in operator to do the things that make it a rent-free experience. Priority goes according to "Fit" after a phone interview, face to face interview at the property, and verification of background credentials. Rent: per sf/night stay, pick your room. Master Bed is for you or the guests. Or me or the guests if you would swap rooms for "My Nights". We're going to build a business! Need a good 1-2 year teammate! You can recruit your friends to be on your team, that would be awesome! Volunteer, high urgency for pay, we can figure it out. Your room is currently available furnished or unfurnished, "Committed" (no one enters but you) or "Available" (you get that we're planning to rent the whole house a few times per year minimum, and that requires a temporary pop-out to other accommodations). Fully Furnished Master Bedroom, Kitchen, Living Room & Common Areas (to come), upstairs Washer and Dryer (must be comfortable with a lot of stairs for cleaning up after guest visits and handling a couple loads of laundry per day!). My Primary Bedroom upstairs will take some time to build out and test as "Available". This is a strange ask of a tenant, but I'm looking for My business partner. We will meet, I'm not in a rush. You could theoretically move in as soon at Tomorrow, if we can get everything settled. That would be irresponsible of me to jump at the first round of Candidates, but if I have all I need to know about my business partner, we could get you "interviewed" and keys by Sunday Afternoon. This is hopefully going to run like a passive hotel, where I build the thing and let the thing do the thing (free cleaning fee if the guest takes their shoes off at the door, doesn't leave a big mess and strips the sheets, we put sheets on and wipe down if it needs it.
