Summary:
Protect and grow assigned accounts through consultative and strategic selling techniques and prospecting for new accounts. The main objective is to obtain new sales for Kalsec's product lines meeting face to face with key buying influences and demonstrating value through end-application presentations and demonstrations as well as negotiating for new business with ingredient buyers.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Primary contact for assigned accounts. In essence, the face of Kalsec with these accounts.
2. Responsible for sales volume growth with each customer on Kalsec products.
3. Maintain old and develop new customers always striving to increase the quality of communication between Kalsec and assigned customers.
4. Proficient negotiation skills
5. Proficient in the delivery of customized presentations to key accounts. Responsible for determining the presentation objective and managing the planning of resources needed.
6. Strive for greatest possible coverage with assigned accounts by using a combination of commission agents and direct sales contacts.
7. Continually gather and assess information on pricing, product quality, applications and competitive activity, and to recommend policy changes.
8. Develop annual forecasts for assigned accounts.
9. Maintain clear records of activity with each account.
10. Monitor, expedite, develop and assist with support functions for customers i.e. customer service, regulatory, technical and applications information.
11. Represent Kalsec at tradeshows, meetings and conventions.
12. Work collaboratively with Marketing and Product Management to develop strategies for potential new or modified products.
13. To fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the position in a fashion consistent with KALSEC VALUES.
14. To be aware of the company's Q.A. policy and objectives. To observe these policy provisions and fulfill in all respects the requirements of his/her job. Q.A. procedures as defined in the quality manual shall be strictly observed.

Education/Experience/Skills:
Required:
o Bachelors Degree (Business/marketing or Food/Nutritional science preferred) and a minimum of 2 years industrial food ingredient sales or 7-years of relevant industrial food ingredient selling experience.

o Minimum of Intermediate level of experience in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
Physical Demands:
o Greater than 50% travel with assigned accounts.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
