Production Supervisor
A specialty food manufacturer is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team. The company just completed a large expansion with new state-of-the art equipment. Due to this expansion, they are in need of production supervisors now. The positions are open for the rotating shift, which is 6 months on 2nd shift and 6 months on 3rd shift. The company is very stable, highly profitable, and offers one of the best healthcare packages in the industry. Any hours worked over 45 will be paid at 1-1/2 time and double time on Sundays. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
To manage the production lines and plant operators, along with following all plant SOPs.
Train, develop, mentor, and motivate the operators.
Cross-functional team collaboration with operations, maintenance, safety, and EHS.
Enforce and regulate GMPs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
BS/BA degree - Engineering highly preferred.
2-15 years of experience in a high-volume/high-speed manufacturing setting.
Experience in lean manufacturing is highly preferred, but not required.
Over 2 years of experience in a GMP regulated environment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
