Apartment Maintenance Technician
Seeking Building Maintenance Technician for apartment community near Three Rivers, Michigan.
We are seeking a reliable team player with knowledge & experience in all phases of maintenance, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry & HVAC.
Responsibilities include completing maintenance work orders on occupied units and the making ready of vacant units.
Ideal candidate will have prior experience in the multifamily industry and have certification in HVAC Salary & benefits commensurate to knowledge and experience.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
