CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer (1st Shift)
Micro Machine Company is currently seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer for 1st shift.
Responsibilities:
The CNC Programmer will report to the Engineering Director and will be based in Kalamazoo, MI. The successful candidate will be an experienced CNC programmer responsible for creating and proving out CNC programs for multi-axis mills, lathes and wire EDMs. The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to train personnel and drive process improvements. A proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment is critical to this individual's success.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a strong, progressive track record in programming and setting up multi-axis CNC equipment and the ability to function autonomously with little direct supervision and/or support. Additional skills and
Experience:
o 5
years of CNC programming experience (Gibbs or Master CAM preferred)
o 8
years of CNC machining experience (medical device industry highly preferred)
Compensation:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
