Quality Manager
Micro Machine Company is looking to hire a Quality Manager.
Ideal candidates will possess:
o Ten years Quality experience with at least 5 years working in medical manufacturing
o Bachelor's degree in an appropriate engineering discipline preferred
o Hands on knowledge of conventional inspection techniques and CMMs
o Must be proficient in GD&T
o Must be extremely knowledgeable of ISO 9001/13485 requirements
o Certified auditor and detailed knowledge of FDA requirements a plus
o Excellent understanding and experience of Process Validation is required
This position will report directly to the CEO. The main responsibilities will include: Managing the Quality and Inspection departments at the Warsaw and Kalamazoo facilities, Process Validation supervision, improving Inspection processes, and ISO certification maintenance programs. This is a fast paced position and requires a high energy level. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer and communication skills.This position will require travel between our Warsaw and Kalamazoo locations.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, medical, dental,

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
