Sales Consultant
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
o Presenting and selling condominiums/single family homes from on-site speculative/model homes
o Preparing reports, budgets and forecasts related to sales and marketing activities
o Assisting clients in the custom building process
o Preparing competitive market analysis and maintaining market knowledge on a regular basis
o Assisting clients with a floor plan selection, design choices and feature selections
o Maintaining the model home and sales office in a well-kept and professional manner
o Closing/negotiating
o Coordinating and attending closings
o Participating in an owner's new home orientation
o Generating and building potential new client leads/database
o Maintaining relationships with local realtors and lenders
o Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
o Preparing documents for interested buyers
o Enhancing a team-oriented atmosphere
Requirements:
o Ability to work Sunday - Thursday and some weekends and evenings required
o Motivated, self-starter
o Effective, clear communicator
o Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc.) and Outlook email
o Prior experience in residential real estate a plus
o Prior retail sales experience helpful
o Ability to teach and explain the building process
o Professionalism and independence
o High school education or equivalent; college degree preferred
Compensation is base salary plus commission.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
