Manufacturing Maintenance Manager
Heavy manufacturing company has an opening for a Maintenance Manager. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of ten years progressive experience in a similar environment with a proven track record of operational excellence. A technical or equivalent degree is a plus.
This position is the key director and is responsible for developing the overall maintenance plan for the facility. Responsibilities and projects include but are not limited to evaluating staff, annual budgets, high pressure steam and condensate systems, electrical motor systems, preventive maintenance, cost reduction initiatives and capital improvement projects. Must be experienced and up to date on technology and proficient with working with manufacturing based technology.
