Job Description:
Join our research and development team, in an innovative technology environment where you will be engaged in the product life cycle by managing the release of high quality diagnostic online and offline products. In this role you will manage and facilitate the maintenance of line (MOL) release and service management activities of diagnostic software programs. You will be part of a team that is responsible for all activities after the finalization of the NPI project phase including incident and problem management as well as service management processes and procedures for the MOL phase.
Tasks
Seek and develop best practices (processes, methods, tools) for the maintenance of assigned programs
Definition and execution of the required Service Level Agreements with all involved stakeholders to release and maintain the products
Setup and continuous improvement of incident and problem management, contract and SLA management as well as service management and execution including contract management and reporting based on service KPI framework
Responsible for management and release proposal for final test levels (system test, acceptance test) as well as product release (QG4) with the team of validation engineers including diagnostic HW and SW
Interaction and cooperation with the customer support team in respect to incidents, problems and release communication
Responsible for operations for diagnostic online products based on SLA and management of corresponding partners
Establish regular communication with customer and partner to ensure focus on customer including complaint management
Assist in developing and maintaining strong service management skills (planning, monitoring, reporting) in the organization
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related Engineering field required
3 years engineering management experience in the field of software development required including performance and reliability improvement
Minimum 5 years proven experience in leading large projects or services
Expertise with the ITIL Service Delivery Model as a process model
Extensive knowledge and discipline in software engineering lifecycle process
Experience with various development languages and environments, including but not limited to Java, C#, and C++
Experience with Internet technologies (e.g., HTML, SML,TCP/IP) a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
