Essential Job Requirements: Self-motivated with the ability to communicate and deal well with people on all levels. Creative thinker who can problem solve and take responsibility for their actions. Must be dependable with increased responsibility and team oriented, organized, detail oriented and capable of multitasking, confident and self-assured when dealing with customers and co-workers. Proficient with popular Mac desktop programs and the ability to quickly learn other print management software. Pre-sales, including some marketing and design development. Initial prospect contact and appointment setting for sales team will be required. Basic core knowledge in the various flexographic printing processes is important.
Must be high energy and able to work efficiently in a fast- paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated self-starter and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. Day to day details must be executed with a sense of urgency and a high degree of quality and accuracy.
