Grounds Technician
We need a full time Grounds Technician!
Primary functions:
Turning apartments
Performing minor routine maintenance and repairs
Performing other related duties
Minimum
Qualifications:
Prior relevant experience
Good customer service skills
Reliable transportation
A valid drivers license
The ability to pass pre-employment screenings
Must have own tools
