Provide technical oversight and process optimization for the support of existing injection molded plastics manufacturing operations.
Must be familiar with plastic molding operations and equipment and assembly to include robotics, auxilliary equipment, end-of-arm tooling, etc.
Develop injection molding processes in support of new product introductions.
Provide technical support to post-molding assembly and packaging operations.
Identify improvements to increase productivity and quality while minimizing costs.
Establish mold maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot problems.
Require BS degree and 3+ years experience designing process instructions in a plastics manufacturing facility. Must have good knowledge of process control systems, assembly and packaging machinery. Familiarity with dedicated automation cells is a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
