Ascension Health Information Services (AHIS), located within Borgess Health in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Team Lead to join their team of professionals, whose primary purpose is the management of staff and resources, departmental strategic planning, and ensuring successful implementation and support of key applications. The team supports applications including Radiology PACS, Document Imaging and Storage, Cardiology PACS. This Team Lead will also lead IT Controls Management and be responsible for mentoring and managing less-experienced staff along with assisting in management of departmental budgets.
### QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:
Experience in a highly technical IT environment.
Experience in an Healthcare environment
At least 2 yesr experience managing a team of technical and functional IT professionals.
Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to communicate to all levels of the organization
Able to analyze complex business and competitive issues and discern their implications for systems support and implementation
Experience managing complex IT application implementations.
Excellent customer relations skills.
Ability to provide support to critical business areas of a large health care organization including radiologists and cardiologists.

### RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:
Possess a broad knowledge about the healthcare IT business including strategies, the competitive environment, functional processes and organizational dynamics
Contribute to strategic planning, including proposed cost implications
Execute on established plans and departmental initiatives
Be responsible for assigning work, monitoring work quality, reviewing output and ensuring that staff in the unit is effectively trained to successfully deliver the work including mentoring the team
First-line management of staff that includes day-to-day work prioritization, performance appraisals and career development
Assisting with Operational budget management, including monthly variance reporting
Assist in developing and presenting various analyses (e.g. feasibility, cost/benefit studies, implementation plans and organizational planning)
Recommend and execute on process improvement ideas for more effective procedures
Critical Problem Management
Execution and ensurance of IT General Controls
Communicate to all levels of the organization tailoring messages to the appropriate audienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
