Sr. HR Systems Analyst

Job Summary:
Provide functional support for International and Domestic HR Systems Users on Oracle applications and HR systems reporting tools.
Job Duties:
Develop and maintain reporting system strategy
Maintain reporting resource documentation including user guides, setup documentation and change documentation
Maintain security and grant reports to users/responsibilities
Develop report training plans and execute training for new users
Execute regression and patch testing and maintain testing plan for all reporting tools
Gather requirements for all reports requests
Build simple reports and coordinate with Technical Reporting Lead on development of complex reports
Assist divisions with analyzing reports, building ad-hoc reports and troubleshooting reporting errors
Coordinate with other HR Systems Analysts to understand basic Oracle HRMS Application and KBX functionality
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or related major is required
Work Experience:
Minimum of three years experience in an HR or IT related role using a HRMS system or a HR related reporting application is required.
Experience with Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Applications or other HR application and reporting tool is preferred.
Other Requirements:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate logical connections between data and reports
Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to provide support and train various levels of users via phone.
Ability to independently initiate and execute projects with a strong attention to detail and deadlines
Proven customer service, organizational and team collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, efficiently prioritize projects and embrace new challenges.
Strong technology aptitude with excellent Word and Excel skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
