Job Duties:

  • Medication passes and medication set ups
  • Treatments
  • Wound care
  • Assisting with admissions and discharges
  • Maintain proper documentation
  • Supervise CNAs
  • Utilize infection control measures
  • Observes and reports the condition of the patient/client to appropriate supervisor
  • Communicates with physicians regarding change of patient's status, medication changes, etc
