looking for help doing all types of construction, 5 years experience is preferred but not necessary.
Flexible schedule, 1099 or cash payment.
Pay based on experience.
1 week payed vacation and payed holidays after 1 year.
Must have valid drivers license.
Duties:
- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, drywall, , siding, soffit, facia , flooring, trim, decks, landscaping, painting, pressure washing etc - Handle small electrical tasks as needed - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
Qualifications:
- experience in carpentry and general construction of all sorts.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks - Ability to work independently or as part of a team Note:
