Responsibilities:
Service prominent areas in Kalamazoo County.
Efficiently clean two homes daily and be ready to assist teammates when necessary.
Maintain the quality of service using provided cleaning supplies and equipment.
Candidate Requirements:
Reliable, insured vehicle with a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Ownership of a smartphone for accessing daily job information.
Comfort driving in all seasonal conditions.
Ability to meet physical demands of cleaning:
bending, twisting, lifting up to 25 lbs, etc.
Pass a national criminal background check.
Proficient communication skills in English.
A smoke-free work approach.
Leadership attributes; we'll guide you on leading solo cleaning projects with excellence.
