Responsibilities:
Handle and post payments to customer account balances.
Answer inbound phone calls and address inquiries in a professional manner.
Review payment histories with customers to help resolve account discrepancies.
Prepare and distribute managerial reports and assist General Manager with miscellaneous projects.

Qualifications:
