The Position:
o Monday - Friday with protected admin time o Work alongside 6 other Urologists; 6 APPs and multiple practice locations o One full day of OR / 5-7 cases per day o Robotics available o 18-22 patients per day in clinic o Subspecialties welcomedo Academic environment and Faculty Appointment if desired Compensation /
Benefits:
o Guaranteed 1st year salary, with unlimited wRVU based compensation for subsequent years; estimate eligible compensation $730,000 for 75th percentile productivityo Full suite of benefits to include lifestyle spending account, 100% STD, malpractice and tail; impressive retirement contributions o More than 40 days off per year and up to 7K for CME o Recruitment incentives include generous signing bonus and relocation expenses The Community:
