Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office department - Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests - Provide exceptional guest services and address any concerns or issues - Manage reservations and room assignments - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Train and supervise front office staff - Handle billing and financial transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with night audit duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management or front office operations - Strong knowledge of guest relations and customer service principles - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus - Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Proficient in hotel management software systems - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
