Responsibilities:
Warmly welcomes guests when they enter the sports bar, making personalized and authentic connections Engages with guests waiting for takeout orders Answers the phones timely with proper phone etiquette, according to BWW standards Takes guest takeout orders via phone or in person, following the takeout steps of service Displays salesmanship by recommending items, upselling add-ons and customizations to enhance guests take out experience Utilizes point-of-sale system to enter takeout and all other orders using proper cash handling procedures
Qualifications:
Superior guest service and hospitality skills Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, RAS and security procedures Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
