We're now seeking an enthusiastic full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team! The ideal Customer Service Representative will be required, but not limited to:
Answering customer's product, service and account related questions.
Researching and assisting customers in troubleshooting technical issues over the phone.
Embracing ongoing personal development through regular training which helps to enhance your own technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Tailor solutions for customers which can greatly enhance their product/service enjoyment.
Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
Ability to embrace feedback and coaching to help maximize your potential.
The ideal Customer Service Representative will have the following
Qualifications:
Be able to work 40 hours in a normal M-F workweek.
Be energetic, enthusiastic and have a passion for helping others Have 1
years experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, etc) Have 1
years experience with Adobe Creative Suite Have 1

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
