The GeneralManager will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate restaurant staff to provide excellentguest service.
General Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant'srevenue, profitability, and quality goals.
The GM will ensure efficient restaurant operationsas well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
To be successful in this role, the GM will need leadership and management skills andexperience in both front and heart (back) of house.
The GM must know how to oversee thedining room, check-in with guests, and balance seating capacity.
Back of the housemanagement experience is essential, as the GM will be responsible for hiring qualified stafffor all roles within the restaurant, set work schedules, oversee food prep, assist on the line,and make sure our restaurant is complying with health and safety restaurant regulations.
The GM is expected to lead by example and uplift our staff during busymoments in our fast-paced environment.
Ultimately, the GM will ensure the restaurant runssmoothly and guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilitieso Coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House restaurant operationso Deliver superior service and maximize guest satisfactiono Respond efficiently and accurately to guest complaintso Regularly review product qualityo Schedule, organize, and supervise shifts; filling in where gaps are identifiedo Screen, hire, and onboard new employeeso Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivityo Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products and placeorderso Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulationso Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve ito Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste and achieve targetcostso Review detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenseso Promote our brand in the local community through word-of-mouthand restaurant eventso Recommend to the Marketing team ways to reach a broader audience (e.
