This is for the Genesys Outbound Implementation.
Team is migrating from a legacy outbound dialer to a new product (Genesys Cloud CX).
The API developer will be developing Java REST controllers and java services to integ with the new cloud dialer using Spring Boot.
Strong Java experience required including using a Jenkins pipeline for deploying the services to an OpenShift containers.
Top Must-Have Skills / Candidate Requirements:
- Development experience in Java/Spring boot and Javascript - Experience with the Event Driven programming (Minimum of 5 years of experience developing WebServices) - Platform SDK and developing REST(Representational State Transfer) web services, JavaScript/ECMA Script, REST, JSON, and XML Applications - Jenkins experience / Working with pipelines for DevOps and Sonar scan results.
Degrees/Certifications/Years of Overall Experience Required:
- Experience is most important - Genesys Cloud - 8
years' experience - Want someone to come in and hit the ground running Day to Day
Responsibilities:
- Design, Develop, perform unit testing, integration testing and implement the solution in OpenShift container environments using a DevOps pipeline.
- Triage and trouble shoot the issues reported on the integrations developed.
- Attend daily standup meetings and provide the status updates.
- Will be working with Genesys Cloud CX API Endpoints in integrating the data from external systems into Genesys Pure Cloud CX and synchronizing the data from Genesys Pure Cloud CX with external systems.
