Interview for the position and receive a job offer to be eligible for a $1,000 Hiring Bonus! Your role at CubeSmart Self-Storage Customer Service:
Develop customer relationships by identifying their self-storage needs and providing solutions.
Working face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
Working both independently and on a team renting self-storage spaces, selling store merchandise, accepting payments, utilizing our Point-of-Sale System, and completing daily bank deposits.
Walking the property to perform lock checks and showing units to customers.
Property Maintenance:
Physical requirements of the job include daily walks of the property, cleaning the units and the property, opening and closing of the storage doors (up to 50 lbs.
) Maintain facility which includes mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, and similar light activities.
Keeping the property and office clean and tidy.
