Paid Weekly Potential Growth Opportunities Cleaner Job Summary Seeking a professional cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning tasks on short term rentals.
The cleaner will work in a team with 2-3 other cleaners at all times.
The cleaner will be responsible for cleaning homes on check out days and making sure the homes are immaculately clean and ready for the next guests to check in.
The cleaner would need to arrive at the home at 10:
00am on the day of check out.
Duties will include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, dusting, stripping and making beds.
Attention to detail and a positive attitude is a MUST.
The right person is punctual, thorough but fast, and eager to learn.
Cleaner Duties and Responsibilities Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors Using vacuuming equipment; vacuums and cleans carpets, perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed Disposing of trash from bins and containers Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in bathrooms Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors Disinfecting light switches and doorknobs.
Keeping all guest spaces neat and tidy.
Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job.
Help out with other areas of the house as needed.
Cleaner Requirements and Qualifications A Legal Driver's License - Reliable transportation is a MUST! Has a working phone.
Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team.
Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines, excellent time management skills.
Pays attention to detail when cleaning.
Organized and able to follow a schedule.
Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds.
Training will be provided.
