As an Organizational Development Specialist, you will have opportunities to:

Engage all employees and leaders in a values-based culture including the design, deployment and facilitations of educational initiatives and accountability to a values-based approach in all activities.
Coordinate strategic initiatives designed to drive consistent methodologies in employee performance and coaching as it related to peer-to-peer coaching, internal service expectations, values-based behaviors and positive brand image.
Provide guidance and support to leaders on employee development and assessments, including discussing employee's progress and challenges and making recommendations for progress improvement.
Collaborate on the design and facilitate the elements of high impact culture initiatives including small group and large group events.
Responsible for developing, implementing and managing programs to support strategies and culture related to organization structure and workforce development.
Collaborate with Human Resources, Marketing and Learning and Development to enhance, and maintain the new hire on-boarding experience.
Collaborate with leaders to determine operational opportunities/inconsistencies and recommend process improvements to support a strong values-based culture.
Oversee and update New Hire Orientation that includes communication of all elements to the selected candidates, brand awareness and values based experiential learning segments.
Responsible for observing and coaching all departments with internal and external interactions to support the service promises and standards.
Work with leaders to identify high value behavioral traits necessary for each position, benchmark employee performance and provide coaching to minimize performance gaps.
Develop, deploy and maintain an assessment tool measuring internal and external service, reporting individual and organization progress and deficiencies.
Advocates practices that improve team effectiveness, progressive thinking, personal mastery, employee engagement and continuous improvement.
Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
ExperienceOne to three years coaching and leadership development experience preferred, with progressively increasing scope and responsibility.
Education/Certifications/LicensesAssociates degree in Human Resource/Organizational Development, Social Science or other related field preferred.
Interpersonal SkillsAble to communicate with senior managers, managers, employees, trainers from other companies, outside vendors, and professional training group members both verbally and in writing.
Other SkillsCan work autonomously.
Physical RequirementsAble to travel to all areas of responsibility, including out-of-town branches and departments within buildings to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.
Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation.
Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator.
Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary.
Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management.
Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
Working ConditionsMust be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise.
Mental and/or Emotional RequirementsMust be able to perform job functions independently or with limited supervision and work effectively either on own or as part of a team.
Must be able to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions.
Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence.
Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization and demonstrate highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public.
Must be able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines / requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and/or fast pace.
Must be able to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities.
Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
