General Manager

ROLE Overview:
The General Manager is responsible for leading the commitment of Hospitality with our Crew members and our Customers, while running a profitable restaurant.
This would include Managing Sales, Labor, M&R and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonalds critical customer standards of Hospitality, Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
This is a salaried position.
The General Manager works with his/her leader to set the restaurants goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.
It is important to have a Win-Win perspective when striving to meet goals and challenges, and a willingness to Create Golden Moments by going above and beyond.
Responsibilities:
-Scheduling -Inventory -Meet restaurant goals & targets.
-Performance Reviews, coaching, and accountability -Planning financial budgets -achieving a profitable monthly P &L General Manager doesnt work alone.
He or she leads & directs a team of Managers that have specific responsibilities in the restaurant.
This means helping the Department Managers to set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their areas of responsibility.
By helping everyone progress, the whole team will benefit and the restaurant will improve and soar! The General Manager is responsible for ensuring Maintenance gets done, Cleanliness standards are met and may also be responsible for hiring and will be responsible for developing Department and Shift Managers to make sure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.

A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations, and possibly some HU Training.
You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our owned & operated restaurants.
Requirements:
Legally authorized to work in the United States, ServSafe license, transportation to get to all 3 locations & meetings at any time, have Open Availability, and over 18 yrs old.
