40 an hour 21 hours ago 21 hours ago 21 hours ago Now hiring an IT Technical Analyst lvl 2 to join the Trillium Corporate team! Trillium is seeking an IT Technical Analyst to work alongside the rest of the IT team in our corporate office in Kalamazoo.
The entire team supports our end users, works on various short- and long-term technical projects as well as managing and supporting an assortment of enterprise IT systems.

This position is multi-tiered, depending on experience, allowing for growth and advancement within the IT team at Trillium so don't delay! The ideal candidate will need to be able to work independently and have a willingness to acquire knowledge; take initiative to broaden skillsets across all Trillium systems as opportunities arise; have an inquisitive way of thinking to figure out how something works as well as why it doesn't work; and ensure the issue has been resolved with the end user.
The IT Technical Analyst must have effective communication and documentation skills; an analytical and scientific approach to troubleshoot and problem solve various tasks; and work with a proactive rather than a reactive mentality, identifying trends and reducing rework.

Previous customer service experience providing direct technical support to employees in an enterprise setting.
Have a good understanding of Active Directory and its infrastructure.
Experience working with or managing DNS, Group Policies and NTFS Permissions.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing network connectivity, which includes a general understanding of IP networking, subnetting, basic routing concepts, NAT and VLANs.
Experience with a Git repository is helpful.
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 10, =Server 2016, Linux, Chrome OS Install and update software and hardware as needed to ensure stable operation of the IT infrastructure.
Configure, maintain, and monitor computer networks and systems, including hardware, system software, and applications.
Recommend and implement security improvements and system upgrades.
