Responsibilities:
Assist customers with diesel/fleet service needs Provide service quotes Order parts for customers Assist the Service Manager and Senior Leadership team Assign work to technicians Service Advisor/Writer Requirements:
Previous diesel repair customer service experience Familiar with service or parts department Excellent customer service Ability to work an occasional Saturday Hours for the Service Advisor/Writer:
2nd shift available 2nd shift is a 4 day work week Occasional Saturday's Job Type:
