Job Description:
Comply with all 5 core/5 life requirements and JSPs Review and follow all SOPs for processes Ensure that quality objectives are met Operate extrusion equipment Report and review any unusual conditions with the KPS Leader, Quality representative, or other appropriate personnel Maintain department 5S condition Report on production results and department measurables Actively work to correct any unsafe conditions Implement improvement plans Participate on EIT's Complete Preventive maintenance (PM) tasks as assigned Participate in problem-solving activities within teams for improvements Use KPS tools to drive safety, quality, and productivity improvement
Qualifications:
A high school diploma is required Post high school education is a plus Solid verbal and written communication skills Experience operating industrial equipment Ability to operate a forklift and other mobile equipment #TSTRATHP Quick Apply.
