We are seeking a Line Supervisor to join our team.
As a Line Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production line and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line workers - Ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained - Train new employees on operating procedures and safety protocols - Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise - Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes - Maintain accurate production records and reports - Implement and enforce safety regulations to create a safe working environment Requirements:
