Job Description
- This role would assist the Company's Business Technology team by creating Purchase Orders, tracking a master list of Purchase Orders, and tracking the spend against all Purchase Orders.
- This person will work closely with the Infrastructure Leadership Team and with BT Portfolio Operations.
- This role will be located in Kalamazoo, MI, but they will work with Company groups at any Company location.
Responsibilities
- Create Purchase Orders for Business Technology Infrastructure.
- Maintain a master list of all Purchase Orders and Statements of Work for Infrastructure.
- Assist the BT Infrastructure leads by centrally tracking the spend for all Purchase Orders.
- Investigate Purchase Order or Invoice issues.
- Assist the BT Infrastructure leads with detecting when expected invoices are not received in a timely manner.
- Assist the BT Infrastructure leads during the monthly accruals process.
- Work with the Infrastructure leads when invoices greater than $100,000 need to be set up as prepays.
- Using the master list of Purchase Orders, identify those Purchase Orders that need to be renewed.
- Work with the BT Infrastructure lead to create and track the new Purchase Orders.
- Assist BT Infrastructure leads with summarizations of the above information.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience with Ariba (Purchasing) and Computron (General Ledger) applications and then SAP (after the SAP rollout) in 2015.
- 1-3 years' experience using Microsoft Excel is required.
- The candidate must be able to create and format spreadsheets to track this information.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint is desired to assist with summarizations of this information.
